The Kinetic LiNK is a band-resistance training tool that progressively loads the muscles involved in shooting.  The Kinetic LiNK can be used during live round or a training firearm.  The specific resistance points target the exact muscles used to stabilize both handguns and long-guns. This allows the user to build strength, endurance, and stability in the muscles used to shoot.

No matter how you use The Kinetic LiNK system, you’ll definitely feel challenged. Designed to give you a workout or build awareness while strengthening specific skilled movement patterns.  As  strategic resistance is added to your shooting stance, expect to feel more connected to what you are doing. To create higher fatigue levels and greater stress responses it would be a best to include some training with The Kinetic Link during shooting course workouts, stance, and Simunition training.  For best results start with lower volumes and building up over the course of several weeks.

The Kinetic LiNKs doesn’t just lock you to one fixed point, it allows you to provide resistance in all planes of movement, any number of angles on the move, not just a stationary spot. Because The Kinetic LiNK adds resistance to your total movement not just the firearm.  This can come into play as developing a training program doesn’t just focus only on shooting, but consistent core coordination and stability are the foundation of stable shooting platform for accurate shots.
